No. uVPN does not record the websites you visit, your DNS queries, browsing history or connection destinations.
No conventional uVPN account is required. Direct access uses a private access code. Payment providers may process contact details needed for payment or receipts.
Never email us your access code. Contact support with a non-secret purchase reference, payment-provider reference, device information or approximate purchase date so we can try to locate the correct records.
uVPN uses WireGuard to encrypt traffic between your device and the VPN gateway. Websites see the gateway address instead of your IP address. A VPN does not make you anonymous or protect you from malware.
One subscription supports up to five registered devices and up to two active VPN connections at once.
Payment providers process the transaction. uVPN receives the plan, payment status and provider reference needed to activate and manage access. We do not receive or store your full card number.
