Commercial refund policy
Payments are non-refundable except where applicable law requires a refund or where uVPN made a duplicate or incorrect charge. No voluntary or usage-based refund programme applies.
Seven-day introductory offer
The introductory offer is a paid seven-day period at the price shown at checkout, after which access renews at the annual price shown at checkout unless cancelled. It is a paid offer and not a free trial. The same refund position applies to it as to any other payment: it is non-refundable except where applicable law requires a refund, or where uVPN made a duplicate or incorrect charge. Cancelling during the seven days stops the renewal and leaves access running to the end of the period already paid for. If you subscribe through Google Play instead, Google may offer a seven-day free trial in the territories where it makes that trial available; that trial is a Google Play offer, governed by Google Play's terms and its own cancellation process.
Cancellation
Cancelling prevents future renewal charges. It does not automatically refund the current paid period. We do not voluntarily refund unused access or a charge incurred because a customer forgot to cancel.
Immediate activation
VPN access begins as soon as payment is completed, which is what the checkout states before payment. Where permitted by law, any refund following cancellation may be reduced to reflect the service already supplied.
Crypto payments
Crypto access is paid upfront and does not renew automatically. The same non-refundable policy applies, subject to applicable law and correction of duplicate or incorrect charges.
Suspension and termination
Abuse, prohibited activity, suspension or termination under the acceptable use policy does not create an entitlement to a voluntary refund.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
Email support@uvpn.ai with the payment reference from your card statement, PayPal receipt or crypto receipt. Never send us your private access code, VPN private key, authentication token or password. Any refund that is due is returned through the original payment method where supported.
