Refund policy
Cancelling during the three-day introductory period
If you are on the annual plan and cancel before the three days are up, you will not be charged the $39.99 annual price. The $2.99 you paid covers the three days you had and is not refunded.
Annual plan
If you cancel within 14 days of being charged the annual price, and you have used less than a reasonable amount of the service in that time, we will refund it. After 14 days the subscription runs to the end of the year you paid for and then stops.
Monthly plan
If you cancel within 14 days of your first monthly charge we will refund it. Later monthly charges are not refunded, but cancelling stops the next one.
Crypto payments
Crypto plans are paid upfront and do not renew. Any approved refund is returned through a method supported by the payment provider, less any unavoidable network costs where the law permits.
If the service did not work
If you could not connect and we could not fix it, tell us and we will refund you, whichever plan you are on and whenever you bought it.
Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you have a statutory right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days. Because the service starts immediately at your request, you may be charged for what you have used before cancelling. Nothing here reduces your statutory rights.
Suspended subscriptions
If we suspend a subscription for breaching the acceptable use policy we do not refund the remaining period.
How to request one
Email support@uvpn.ai with your private access code. Refunds go back through the payment method you used where supported.
