Reporting abuse

If traffic from one of our addresses has caused you a problem, we want to hear about it.

Email abuse@uvpn.ai.

What to include

• The uVPN address involved
• The date and time, with the time zone
• The destination address or hostname affected
• What happened, and log extracts if you have them

Timestamps and time zones matter more than anything else. Without them we usually cannot act at all.

What we will do

• Acknowledge your report
• Apply a technical control where one exists, such as blocking a port or rate limiting
• Suspend a subscription where we can identify a clear breach
• Drain or replace a gateway where the problem is persistent

What we cannot do

We do not hold browsing history, DNS queries or connection destinations, so we usually cannot tell you which subscriber was responsible. This is a deliberate design choice, not an evasion.

Law enforcement

Send valid legal requests to legal@uvpn.ai. We respond to orders valid in the United Kingdom. We can only provide what we hold, which is subscription and payment-reference information. Reports of child sexual abuse material are acted on immediately and referred to the authorities.
